GRITT Academy is a non-profit program focused on the growth, mentorship, and development of young Hispanic males ages 18 to 29 to become successful and positive contributors to the world while preparing them for the challenges of transitioning into adulthood, all from a Christian-based perspective.

Participants experience 4 three-day immersive retreats where they disconnect from distractions and explore personal development

Dedicated Mentorship

Each participant is paired with a dedicated mentor for the year, fostering a supportive relationship aimed at personal, professional, and spiritual growth.

Meaningful Connections

Meaningful connections with peers, leaders, and coaches in the program through shared life experiences focused on creating a supportive environment.
